| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article a pour objectif d’observer les répercussions d’un enfant autiste dans la vie conjugale des parents. Les auteurs s’interrogent si la consultation thérapeutique peut offrir un espace de holding aux angoisses du couple face à la condition de l’enfant. Les parents d’un enfant autiste (âgé de cinq ans) ont été reçus pendant trois consultations. Le matériel clinique a permis une réflexion sur cette pratique. Grâce à l’écoute attentive, fondée sur la psychanalyse, il a été possible de reconnaître la construction de la demande à partir du récit du couple. Les parents ont utilisé l’espace et le temps de la consultation comme une place de discours et de conscientisation des angoisses vécues, inexprimées dans le milieu familial. Malgré la complexité de la situation familiale et la diversité de thèmes émergents, on a constaté que le couple a pu s’interroger sur le soin du fils, en revanche ils ne se sont pas manifestés en ce qui concerne leur lien conjugal. L’exposé du cas permet de remarquer l’efficacité de cette consultation en tant qu’un espace de holding pour ce couple avec un enfant autiste. |

| Summary, etc. | This article aims to observe the impact of an autistic child in the parents’marital life. The authors enquire themselves about the therapeutic consultation as a kind of action that offers a space for holding to the couple’s anguish against the child’s condition. Parents of an autistic child, at the age of five years, have been received during three consultations. The clinical material has enabled a reflection about this practice. Due to an attentive listening, based on psychoanalysis, it was possible to recognize the construction of a demand from the narrative of the couple. They used the space and time of the interview as a place of conversation and awareness of the suffering lived, unexpressed in the family environment. Despite the complexity of family circumstances and the diversity of themes emerging, it was found that the couple was able to reflect about the care of the child?; however they have not manifested regarding the marital relationship. The exposition of the case allowed to observe the effectiveness of this consultation as a holding space to the couple with an autistic child. |

Las autoras se preguntan si la consulta terapéutica puede proporcionar un espacio de holding de la angustia de la pareja frente a la condición del niño. Los padres de un niño de cinco años diagnosticado como autista han asistido a tres consultas. El material clínico ha permitido la reflexión sobre esta práctica. Gracias a una escucha activa, basada en el psicoanálisis, ha sido posible reconocer la construcción de la demanda desde la historia de la pareja. Se utilizó el espacio y el tiempo de la entrevista como un lugar de discurso y de conciencia de la angustia experimentada y no declarada en la familia. A pesar de la complejidad de la situación familiar y la diversidad de los temas emergentes, se constató que la pareja fue capaz de interrogarse sobre el cuidado del hijo pero no se manifestó respecto de la relación conyugal. Este estudio ha permitido remarcar la eficacia de este tipo de consultas como un espacio de holding de la pareja con un niño autista. |
