| Summary, etc. | Cet article propose une réflexion sur les transformations contemporaines des institutions, sous l’égide de l’hypermodernité, régulées par les lois dites « de gouvernance » (2002, 2005, 2007) : celles-ci prônent le recours à l’agir objectivable, selon le modèle cognitivo-comportemental, mettant au premier plan des objectifs économiques et des restrictions budgétaires. Elles amènent la destruction des pratiques cliniques qui se cumule parfois avec la perte des figures tutélaires, affectant les processus de transmission (R. Kaës, J.-P. Pinel, E. Enriquez). L’exemple clinique d’une MECS accueillant une vingtaine d’enfants placés est présenté, amenant son histoire, la crise qui a bouleversé ses modes de fonctionnement et la souffrance psychique causées aux professionnels et aux enfants par cette modification profonde des valeurs. |

| Summary, etc. | Mutilated psyche in ‘hypermodern’ institutionsThis article proposes a thought on contemporary transformations of institutions, which are called hypermodern, and regulated by laws “of governance” (2002, 2005, 2007) : these advise the use of acting according to the cognitive-behavioural model, they put the accent on economic result and budgetary restrictions first. They cause the destruction of clinical practice which sometimes is added with the loss of the tutelary figures affecting the process of transmission (R. Kaës, J.-P. Pinel, E. Enriquez). We will present the clinical example of a home welcoming twenty children for neglect and abuse, its history, the crisis that has changed its modes of intervention and mental sufferings caused on professionals and children by this profound changing of values. |

| Summary, etc. | En este trabajo se propone una reflexión sobre las transformaciones contemporáneas de las instituciones bajo la égida de la hipermodernidad, reguladas por las leyes llamadas « de gobierno » (2002, 2005, 2007) : abogan por el uso del acto objetivable de acuerdo con el modelo cognitivo-conductual, poniendo en primer lugar objetivos económicos y restricciones presupuestarias. Ello provoca la destrucción de las prácticas clínicas que a veces se combina con la pérdida de figuras tutelares, afecta el proceso de transmisión (R. Kaës, J.-P. Pinel, E. Enríquez). El ejemplo clínico de una MECS que acoge veinte niños se presenta, con su historia, con la crisis que ha sacudido sus modos de funcionamiento y con el sufrimiento mental causado a los profesionales y los niños por este profundo cambio de valores. |
