| Summary, etc. | C’est à partir de l’expérience d’entretiens avec des pubères et des adolescents seuls ou avec leurs familles en Centre de planification et d’éducation familiale qu’un travail d’élaboration psychique peut se mettre en place. La sexualité à l’adolescence bouleverse l’homéostasie familiale. Les motifs d’entretien mènent parfois à une préparation à une thérapie familiale psychanalytique. C’est le cas en puberté quand les parents ont tant de difficultés à considérer leur enfant en pleine transformation physique et psychique. Ils ne détiennent plus, seuls, la fonction de reproduction. Parfois leur enfant est étonné de ce que cette période suscite chez le parent. En adolescence, la recherche de l’autre comme différent va remplacer le besoin pubère de s’agréger en grand groupe non mixte. L’adolescence est une période d’engagements où la question de la transmission inter et transgénérationnelle est posée. Cette question peut s’exprimer parfois à travers de passages par des actes comme des fécondations impromptues qu’il est intéressant de comprendre. |

Los motivos de la entrevista conducen a veces a une preparación a la terapia familiar psicoanalítica. Es el caso durante la pubertad, cuando los padres tienen tantas dificultades para considerar que su hijo (a) se encuentra en plena transformación física y psíquica. Ellos no son más los únicos detentores de la función de reproducción. A veces el hijo (a) se sorprende de aquello que este período suscita en los padres. En la adolescencia, la búsqueda del otro como diferente va a remplazar la necesidad pubertaria de reunirse en un gran grupo no mixto. La adolescencia es un período de compromisos donde se plantea la cuestión de la transmisión inter y transgeneracional. Esta cuestión puede expresarse a veces por pasajes al acto como por fecundaciones sin preparación, lo cual es interesante tratar de comprender. |
