Este tema es examinado a partir de la existencia de una asimetría antropológica adulto-hijo nacida de una unidad psicosomática originaria, generadora de actitudes de seducción. La institución se entiende como una metáfora de un organismo vivo, que acogerá, tal una matriz, las construcciones narcisistas de los profesionales y de los usuarios, que deben realizar un trabajo de transformación.
