| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article décrit l’organisation du travail entre les différents acteurs qui interviennent dans les campus numériques pour introduire les TIC dans la formation et « innover » en matière de pédagogie. Il met en lumière le lien entre rationalisation, division du travail et innovation dans la formation par les TIC. Il montre enfin que les stratégies que mettent en œuvre les acteurs pour contrecarrer les incertitudes liées à cette innovation renforcent l’organisation « taylorienne » du travail. |

| Summary, etc. | The article describes the organization of work between the different actors in online universities. We highlight the link between rationalization, the division of labour and the innovation process in training through information and communication technologies. Our results show that to overcome the uncertainty introduced by this innovation, these actors started developing individual strategies, strengthening the division of labour. |
