| Summary, etc. | RésuméComment transmettre aux acteurs de l’information radiophonique les techniques de traitement du savoir local afin qu’il parvienne à des populations pratiquantes de la communication orale ? Quel est l’impact des structures permettant la généralisation des TIC dans les sociétés d’oralité ? Nos interrogations visent à réfléchir sur les productions et les usages des savoirs par les radios locales dont une des préoccupations est de contribuer au développement par les médias. A partir de l’expérience des Centres locaux d’information et de communication (CLIC) et des Centres multimédias communautaires (CMC) au Mali, nous proposons d’identifier les interactions des nouvelles technologies sur les pratiques de sociétés qui paraissaient jusque-là peu réceptives à ces nouveaux moyens de partage du savoir. |

| Summary, etc. | How to enable the practitioners of radio information to use techniques for the treatment of local knowledge so that it reaches populations practicing oral communication? What is the impact of the structures allowing generalization of ICT on societies relying solely on oral communication? Our interrogations aim at reflecting on the productions and the uses of knowledge by the local radios concerned by the development through the media. From the experiment of the local Centers of information and communication and Community Centers multimedia in Mali, we propose to identify the interactions of ICT on the practices of societies who, up to now, appeared not to be very receptive with these new means of dissemination of knowledge. |
