| Summary, etc. | We propose a new way of estimating relevance that takes some non-informational user needs into account. This is achieved using a linear function which has the advantage of being simple, efficient, and controllable by the user directly. The experiments are conducted on TREC and CLEF ad hoc task data and on DUC data. Lastly, the readability constraints are specifically estimated for dyslexic readers. |
