C’est une clientèle qui peut légitimement prétendre à un accès aux offres bancaires, mais qui nécessite une vigilance accrue pour ne pas basculer dans des situations inextricables. Cet article montre, au travers de l’exemple d’une grande banque mutualiste française, l’intérêt d’un accompagnement personnalisé et déconnecté de toute logique commerciale, basé sur un contrat social contenant des règles tant transactionnelles que relationnelles. Ce travail pointe également les tensions émergentes d’un tel dispositif, qui une fois contrôlées, pourront laisser place à la reconstruction d’une confiance mutuelle. |

Summary, etc. | The management of financially fragile customers represents a challenge for banks. These customers can legitimately claim access to banking offers, but they require a particular attention not to fall over to inextricable situations. This article shows through the example of a large French mutual bank, the interest of a personalized support, disconnected from all commercial logic, based on a social contract containing transactional and relational rules. This work also points out tensions arising from such measures, which, once controlled, can lead to reconstruct a mutual trust. |
