| Summary, etc. | Electronic journals arrived in libraries and information services, modifying professional practices and paving the way for the digital book, better known now as the E-Book. E-journals had a significant impact on how librarians dealt with the place of E documents in their information services, and influenced how both librarians and end-users perceived this new type of content. This first wave of electronic content played a major educational role, as they learned to address new ideas and concepts in handling these new objects along with new methods for their acquisition, negotiation and circulation. If this first phase made it possible to develop professional skills related to E content, today these skills will have to adapt to E books. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenEl libro numérico llega a las bibliotecas y centros de documentación. Se inscribe en un contexto particular: antes de su aparición, las revistas numéricas ya habían alcanzado una posición en las colecciones, modificando así las prácticas profesionales. Han modelado la percepción que podían tener los actores sobre la puesta en funcionamiento de documentos numéricos en los servicios documentales. En este sentido, las revistas han dado forma a la percepción de este nuevo tipo de contenido, ya sea para los documentalistas y bibliotecarios o para los usuarios. Esta primera breve introducción de los contenidos numéricos editoriales en las colecciones documentales ha asumido una fuerte función pedagógica. Ha permitido enfrentarse a las nociones y conceptos nuevos, tratando la manipulación de estos nuevos objetos así como las nuevas modalidades de adquisición, negociación y puesta a disposición. Si bien esta primera fase ha permitido el desarrollo de competencias profesionales relativas a los contenidos numéricos, ahora hay que adaptarlas a este nuevo objeto numérico: el libro. |

| Summary, etc. | ZusammenfassungDas E-Book ist in den Bibliotheken und Dokumentationseinrichtungen angekommen. Es steht in einem spezielle Kontext: Vor ihm wurden bereits die digitalen Zeitschriften in die Sammlungen integriert und die Berufspraxis angepasst. Diese haben die Erwartungen gestaltet, die Akteure bei der Einführung digitaler Dokumente in Dokumentationsdiensten haben können. Die Zeitschriften haben so die Wahrnehmung dieser neuen Art von Inhalten gestaltet, sowohl seitens der Bibliothekare und Dokumentare als auch der Nutzer. Diese erste Welle der Integration von digitalen verlegerischen Inhalten in den dokumentarischen Kollektionen hat eine starke pädagogische Rolle gespielt. Sie hat es ermöglicht, sich mit neuen Ideen und Konzepten auseinanderzusetzen, die sowohl den Umgang mit diesen neuen Produkten wie auch neue Methoden der Akquisition, Verhandlung und Bereitstellung betreffen. Nachdem diese erste Phase benutzt wurde, um berufliche Kompetenzen im Zusammenhang mit digitalen Inhalten zu entwickeln, so muss sie jetzt diesem neuen digitalen Produkt angepasst werden – dem Buch. |
