| Summary, etc. | Les auteurs abordent la problématique de la tentative de suicide d’une adolescente en lien à “une mère” défaillante dans sa qualité d’investissement, avec pour conséquence la constitution d’un trou dans la relation d’objet. La tension conflictuelle entre l’attrait objectal et la préservation narcissique a trouvé à s’exprimer par l’acte et le corps chez cette adolescente en grande souffrance identitaire.Dans une tentative de colmater les brèches narcissiques provoquées par les défaillances de l’objet précoce, le recours à un objet d’addiction (violon) – entre accordage et accrochage –, a permis à cette adolescente d’éviter de se confronter à la perte, au vide en soi, et de mettre à distance tout autre investissement qui pouvait être menaçant pour son intégrité psychique. Les auteurs montrent comment une psychothérapie à médiation va favoriser l’engagement de cette adolescente dans un travail de troc et de deuil en appui sur la sublimation. |
