Summary, etc. | The concept of dependency cannot be exclusively restricted to drug addiction. Indeed, the state of dependency has to be reconsidered as being pathological, since the utilization of this repetitive and compulsive behaviour reveals itself to be quasi systematic in the management of the excitations of the psychic apparatus. In the case of sport addiction or bigorexia, we’ll see, at least, two distinct origins of these behaviours : the filling of an affective void the use of the physical practice in so far as a behavioural way a of the subject’s psychic economy, special recourses to specific auto-soothing processes. |
