Summary, etc. | In an institution that receives subjects in crisis, regression is a common phenomenon. In this article, based on a clinical case and referencing psychoanalytical theories, the author questions the internal authority of regressing subjects as well as the institutional authority that makes subjectivation possible. It is complicated but necessary to introduce third parties in situations where the subject, through their conscious requests and unconscious attitudes, solicits a dual relationship. Only the structuring third party makes it possible to overcome shared distress, to humanize an authoritarian superego, and to base psychiatric care on the respective place of each member of the institution. |
