520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Taking into account families links (parents, siblings, widen family) seems to be essential through all situations where children are taking out of their family. After having pointed out the context of a placement in a MECS (infantile home of social character), and after having investigated inherent difficulties of such situations, particularly within the risk of dead end, of fixation, the author will bring to mind the fantastical dimension of the maternal figure nearby such traumatic contexts where terror reigns. Then she considers child’s needs in terms of care, and she tries to highlight, how taking care of the child allows to provide a better place differentiation, whatever the therapy modalities are (individual psychotherapy, family, group or institution psychotherapy). A clinical sequence from a therapy group is going to illustrate such consideration.
