| Summary, etc. | Trois analyses des logiques d’acquisition de terrains d’habitation à bâtir à l’œuvre dans le Sud-Est français sont présentées. L’objectif est de saisir les types, les modes et les opportunités de changement des territoires. L’enjeu est d’améliorer les solutions méthodologiques en prospective territoriale, domaine pour lequel les attentes des acteurs institutionnels sont fortes. Les résultats prospectifs issus des analyses des dynamiques foncières sont éclairants sur les modes d’action territoriale souhaitables. La démarche prospective qui en est extraite, et qui a vocation à être réappropriée par les acteurs territoriaux, replace l’espace et ses dynamiques au cœur de l’analyse et formalise un lien logique avec des orientations d’aménagement. |

| Summary, etc. | Three analyses of the rationales for the acquisition of building land in south-east France are presented here. The aim is to apprehend the types of change underway, the way in which changes occur and the opportunities afforded. This research sets out to improve methodology in prospective approaches to territory, an area in which institutional stakeholders have considerable expectations. The prospective results derived from analyses of the dynamics of land ownership open new perspectives on the choice of territorial action. The prospective approach that emerges, intended for use by territorial stakeholders, places space and its dynamics at the center of the analysis, and establishes a logical link with planning orientations. |
