| Summary, etc. | This article discusses the implementation of the Spanish framework law on gender-based violence in the context of the territorial and political specificity of that country. Considered as a model, it has evolved from a focus on the criminal complaint to a more in-depth reflection on the difficulties of women victims in exercising their rights, and particularly on the experience of institutional violence. My reflection focuses on the reforms of family law and the insufficient consideration of violence during marital separations with children. |
