| Summary, etc. | Our workshop on the emotional trajectory met a great success at the Procréa 2021 (the biggest French conference for entrepreneurship coaches). An action-research project was then launched with volunteers to get a closer look at how emotions are actually dealt with during the entrepreneurial support process. We were disappointed that the project did not meet with the commitment we had hoped for. In this article, we seek to understand this paradox: why does the subject of emotions arouse both such curiosity and such resistance when it comes to incorporating them into entrepreneurial coaching practices? |
