520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This paper suggests a literature review, making an assessment of both Francophone and Anglophone research on business transfers run by physical persons. After showing the wealth of twenty years of scientific production, the author highlights a confusion in the vocabulary and suggests completing the present knowledge by using the term “transfert d’entreprise,” the French translation of “business transfer.” She suggests a definition, a mapping of the ways of transferring, and a link to the theories of entrepreneurial exit and entry. This way of thinking leads to new research avenues.
