520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The networks that can be mobilized in the corporate entrepreneurship (CE) context constitute an easily exploitable resource for building intrapreneurial project legitimacy. This article examines how those networks (organizational, individual, and intrapreneurship program) and brokers (sponsors, cultivators, and intrapreneurship programs) contribute to the legitimization mechanisms (associative, organizational, and identity). This study focuses on four intrapreneurship projects in a mutual insurance company. The results enrich Fisher et al.’s (2017) theoretical proposals on project legitimacy in terms of the networks that intrapreneurship program managers can activate and mobilize to refine their coaching and select appropriate brokers in organizational networks.
