520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This paper starts by differentiating the establishment and the institution with regards to autistic patients. Then, it attempts to identify the specificity of the institutional dimension of the organization system needed to address the suffering and the development of autistic children. Discussing the impacts of the French law of July 11, 2005, on disabilities, this paper reviews several developments, crossing educational, therapeutic, and pedagogical practices, with specific attention to the parental place in the apparatus of care. This paper then uses the term “transference constellation” to define the specificity of the institution when talking about institutional psychotherapy, which depends on the Freudian logic of “differed action.” An organizational dynamic appears, which takes into account the peculiarity of the psychic care given to autistic children.
