520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Noah, 6 months old, is hospitalized in a pediatric unit for grave anorexia in a state of physiological and psychic poverty. He was born as a high preterm baby in a context of denial of pregnancy after the diagnosis of genetic myopathy in his sister. This disease overshadows the baby’s care in the representations of the carers and the mother. The aim of this article is to show the close collaboration between the pediatricians and the pedopsychiatric liaison team during the period of hospitalization and to study how the intricacy of somatic and psychological factors have lead to a pathological interactive spiral in the mother-child dyade.
