520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This article gives an account of a research project aimed at analyzing the emotional inductors arising from 167 critical incidents related by 50 teachers for pupils with special educational needs. The inductive categorization of the experiential accounts gathered highlighted four categories of positive emotional inductors. The main one referred to the successes teachers had in intervening with pupils. The negative emotional inductors were also divided up into four categories. The two main ones concerned the manifestations of aggression by pupils, and the difficulties in adapting to disability and/or the difficulties of pupils. The results are discussed with regard to the emotional specificities of teaching pupils with special educational needs.
