Il s’agit d’analyser la manière dont le traitement politique et institutionnel des migrants roms a un impact sur les familles elles-mêmes et sur leurs proches. L’article questionne plusieurs points: les dynamiques identitaires découlant de la prise en charge dans ce dispositif et les conséquences de ce changement dans la vie quotidienne du couple et dans leurs relations avec leurs pairs. Rendre compte des subjectivités de ces Roms bulgares en prise avec les acteurs du dispositif permet d’interroger la notion d’« integration » mise en avant par les institutions. |

| Summary, etc. | This case study retraces the experience of a Bulgarian Roma family enrolled in a French “integration project.” The purpose of the study was to explore the impact of the political and institutional treatment of Roma migrants on immediate family groupings and extended relatives by critically examining several dimensions of one family’s experience—the evolving impacts of participating in the program on their sense of identity on the couple’s daily lives, and on their relationships with their peers. The study concludes that the subjectivities of these Bulgarian Roma and their contacts with program staff raise significant questions about the institutional construct of “integration.” |

Se trata de analizar de qué modo el tratamiento político e institucional de los emigrantes gitanos tiene un impacto en las mismas familias y en sus allegados. El articulo plantea varios puntos: las dinámicas identitarias resultantes del hecho de estar a cargo en este dispositivo, y las consecuencias de este cambio en la vida cotidiana de la pareja y en su relación con los parientes. Dar cuenta de las subjetividades de estos gitanos búlgaros frente a los actores del dispositivo permite plantearse la noción de « integración » defendida por las instituciones. |

Die Analyse zeigt auf, wie sich der politische und institutionelle Umgang mit Roma-Migranten auf die Familien selbst und ihre Angehörigen auswirkt. Der Artikel hinterfragt mehrere Punkte: die identitären Dynamiken, die sich aus der Aufnahme in dieses Programm ergeben und die Folgen dieser Veränderung im täglichen Leben des Paares und in ihren Beziehungen mit Ebenbürtigen. Durch die Bewusstwerdung der Subjektivitäten dieser bulgarischen Roma, die in Kontakt mit den Akteuren des Programms stehen, wird eine Hinterfragung des Begriffs der „Integration“, der von den Institutionen angebracht wird, ermöglicht. |
