520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Postmodern theories are many. Philosophically speaking, they initially derived from American neo-conservatism. Aesthetically speaking, they contributed to the avant-gardism of the 20th century by rejecting the modernism of the Bauhaus style. However, there are postmodern thoughts, such as that of Lyotard, which reject neo-conservatism and the division between modern and postmodern. This surpassing of neo-conservatism implies taking seriously the controversies about structure and the post-structural movement in which the teachings of Lacan and Deleuze crossed paths in the 1970s.
