520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. All social workers are concerned with access to rights for the people they support. The digitalization of society and the multiplication of digital platforms contribute to the evolution of social workers’ practices because they have to contend with the fact that a large proportion of the population does not know how to use these tools for multiple reasons. This new form of exclusion leads state services to try to find solutions. For example, the state has established a network of centers called “France Services.” But they cannot meet all the demands. The new jobs created by these structures in no way diminish the need for social workers to adapt to these tools while continuing to give meaning to their actions. Their professional positions are constantly evolving.
