Summary, etc. This paper presents a case study about African media executives’ e-learning training programs. For a long time, the media in Africa was restricted to the role of broadcasting authorities’ messages. The transition process that took place in the 1990s and 2000s led to the liberalization of the media and the launch of private media companies. With the emergence of these African private media companies, the need for middle management rapidly increased. We aim to better understand the organizational dimensions of an e-learning training program in higher education. Our article deals with how the development of an e-learning partnership strategy addresses the training needs of middle and senior managers in African media companies. Our methodology is based on an action-research project, uses a variety of qualitative sources, and takes the form of a case study.
