Summary, etc. Can boundary objects help regulate interpersonal conflicts in the social and medico-social sector? This article uses the concept of the boundary object to frame its examination. An ethnographic approach consisting of two longitudinal case studies in the social and medico-social sector was deployed. The results show two contrasting trajectories: a first case (REPOSANCE) marked by the persistence of interpersonal conflicts and the loss of meaning, and a second case (RESTOS DU CŒUR) showing a capacity for effective management of interpersonal conflicts. By proposing the concept of the boundary object, we demonstrate their role in the virtuous and sustainable handling of interpersonal conflicts.
