| Summary, etc. | No official statistics of China’s physical capital stocks exists to date. This lack hinders econometric studies regarding growth in this country. Several series of such stocks are proposed in the literature, but most of them have deficiencies. The purpose of this article is to build the most reliable and long possible statistical series of physical capital stocks for China.
