520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. It is well established that patients with severe mental health conditions have poor physical health. The partnership charter established in 2014 between general practitioners and psychiatrists is improving quality of care by enabling better collaboration between the two specialities. The recommendations for somatic care established by the French High Authority for Health are clear. We report on the pathways of two patients who show just how fragile and complex somatic care is. The patience, tenacity, and vigilance of the various actors in the care network are what make this type of care possible.
