520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This paper is the result of a work of reflection undertaken by a small group of clinicians from the Belgian Society of Psychoanalysis (BSP/IPA) involved in infant and adolescent practice. The clinicians felt the need to discuss their practice and their adaptation of the therapeutic setting during this period of crisis linked to COVID-19. This group was established to help the clinicians elaborate their thoughts without getting stuck in a negative process of detachment of thoughts. The crisis has led to new adaptations of the therapeutic setting. The possibilities of these remote analytic processes continue to pose questions. It is essential that we thoroughly take into account the impact of these devices on the transference and countertransference relationship, on psychic reality, and on the intimacy that we have shared with the child, the teenager, and the family during these virtual sessions.
