Summary, etc. The aim of this article is to propose a dialogical approach to the dynamics of clinical interviews. The specificity of the participants' roles is examined from the point of view of their positioning with respect to other discourses. In fact, clinical interviews may be viewed as a construction of a polyphonic space which is constituted by a dialogism that is specific to the interaction (this dialogism corresponds to the way in which the therapist treats the patient's discourse; it is created within the dynamics of the interaction itself); as well as by its intertwinement with the voices of absent enunciators who are convoked by the patient and the therapist in their interactions. We examine the various figures of this dialogism and show their intertwinement in the dynamics of the interaction. In conclusion, we show that this polyphony plays a mediating role in the joint processes of the definition of the problem and enables the negotiation of the ongoing intervention.
