Summary, etc. While it is true that the use of cell phones contributes to economic development and profoundly transforms African economies and societies, it should be noted that African countries are mostly lagging behind in the area of technology investment. To better contribute to improving the quality of cell phone company services, this research focuses on determining the influence that elements of cell phone services have on the overall satisfaction of African customers. Based on the “tetraclass” model, the results show that spoken words are used to assess customer satisfaction, and that collectivism is the source of this satisfaction. The results also show that elements of cell phone services not only establish linear relationships with satisfaction but also establish nonlinear relationships with it.
