Summary, etc. This paper addresses the problem of the digital divide between Arab countries. An empirical study shows that the relationship between Gross National Income and human capital as independent variables and ICT diffusion as a dependent variable is statistically significant. By also analyzing the factors that delay the development of information in Arab societies as well as the main characteristics of the adoption of ITC by these countries, this paper shows how they can take advantage of these technologies as a source of economic development.
