| Summary, etc. | This article deals with the introduction of the vegetarian menu in school canteens through the prism of media analysis. The question of the vegetarian menu for schoolchildren is part of the transition to sustainable food systems, and the diachronic analysis of two press corpus – national daily press and regional daily press – from 2000 to 2022 makes it possible to account for the issues and tensions and to characterise the media frameworks which are being deployed. |
