| Summary, etc. | This paper suggests a new definition of the subject by observing the crisis situations the social and the medical-social sectors are experiencing and by studying how management fails to respond to these situations. No longer constructed through personal and social history, experience, or even communicating in the present time, this new subject defines itself solely through the way it views its relationship to a future it sees as both uncertain and complex. Deprived of memory and the know-how it has built up, the subject is being objectified by allegedly adopting devalued behaviors—such as being resistant to change, worn out by work, and unable to adapt to modernity. |
