520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. Like all work, trade union work is confronted with the question of its value. Trade unionists face a refusal of their union activity by employers, resulting in constant repression and discrimination, the expression of a devaluation of their activity. To showcase their business, trade unionists use several categories of affirmation. The principle of equality is hampered by the inherently unequal nature of the judgment of the job. Trade unionists highlight the requirement of the treatment of colleagues, arising more from equity than equality. To allow proper consideration of trade union work, trade unionists are now putting forward the recognition of their activity. This third category, included in the 2008 law, opens a debate on the nature of this union activity within the work, valued as a contribution to the smooth running of the company or source of experiences to validate.
