520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. In our care settings, we see rising numbers of women who are either pregnant or who have babies, as well as families, that have undergone chaotic migratory experiences and who are facing extreme insecurity and deprivation here in France. Without residence permits, their future is uncertain and unsafe. The many forms of violence they endured throughout their experience of exile, as well as the very precarious life conditions in this country, raise questions about the effects of this ordeal on the early mother-baby bonding process. Health professionals are challenged by this particular clinical situation, which disrupts their usual working habits. They are obliged to reexamine their paradigms and support methods in order to adequately respond to the new challenges and stakes posed by this highly politicized healthcare.
