Summary, etc. My research in work psychosociology concerns a serious game for training executives in team management. It aims to analyze creativity and work through game mediation. I defined the notion of a game in the same way as Winnicott, within the distinction made in English between the concepts of “play” and “game.” The notion of “play” is a space of development where creativity is preponderant. On the basis of my observations of 16 game situations and the interviews carried out with 44 voluntary executives, I did not observe much creativity. The matter of understanding what prevented creativity in the game experience arose. One of the reasons makes reference to the defensive conducts in the groups.
