Bernard Häring’s reflection is particularly stimulating on this issue. From The Law of Christ onwards, he has sought to highlight the ecclesial character of Christian morality. His understanding of co-responsibility as co-responsibility in salvation provides some keys for thinking about co-responsibility in the Church as inherent to its salvific mission. |
