Summary, etc. The clinic shows that early childhood developmental disorders are most often linked to the quality of the first interactions. Thus, the conditions for the construction of intersubjectivity are questioned, as evidenced by the mother-father-child links as they are expressed in the context of perinatal consultation. In this context, this article offers to present the contribution of the projective play test of the Projective kit for early childhood (MPPE) for a detailed approach to the issues of construction of intersubjectivity, supporting the psychotherapeutic care of a child and his parents. The article successively presents a theoretical framework, then the methodological aspects specific to the MPPE, before presenting, through a clinical case, the richness of the contribution of the MPPE for the approach of a child’s intersubjective dynamics.
