520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. We teach with modern technologies, but the pedagogical itinerary and the messages remain unchanged. Companies adapt to the market but their employees have to adapt to them. However, it is important to be aware that neither the University nor the Company are the center of Generation Z’s concerns. This work proposes to reflect on the differences in the characteristics of the three generations X, Y, and Z. By compiling numerous works from research in several disciplines (sociology, psychology, anthropology, economics, and management sciences), we review the evolution of these generations. We propose to redesign the pedagogical itinerary of higher education in management sciences. But also, to propose a new organization and a new structure for companies. Remobilizing a systemic approach in the theory of organizations, we offer a way of finding the best profiles—candidates with high potential—and retaining them.
