Summary, etc. The COVID-19 pandemic has tested the resilience not only of hospitals but also of their health care personnel. This research note focuses on the determining factors of the personnel’s adaptability and contributes to the management of the health crisis.Among the characteristics of health personnel, this research note studies and demonstrates that their qualification and standard practices are key elements of their adaptability. It also questions the contextual and managerial elements that contribute to the commitment of staff in their willingness to adapt, highlighting the importance of appropriate communication, supportive management, and management through sense, satisfying the needs of security, the future, and recognition, as well as those of learning and development.
