520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. This work focuses on the impact of the deployment of an electronic health record (EHR) on the quality of care. The research field selected is a Luxembourg hospital, in the implementation phase of a fully integrated EHR. At the end of our analysis, we can say that the EHR is a real contribution to the quality of care, when it is fully integrated into the work processes of professionals. When properly used, it enables the projection of oneself into a dynamic of continuous improvement of professional practices. Today it has become an indispensable tool in the health care systems of developed countries. Nevertheless, the literature and our results have also shown that a complex computer system can lead to errors, thus harming patients. Other factors such as the management of the human component and the modalities of implementation should not be neglected.
