Summary, etc. Digital psychological assessment, without claiming to replace traditional methods, deserves to be studied in order to highlight more precisely its limitations but also its potential richness according to the specific clinical situations in which it is deployed. In this article, we offer a clinical presentation of a single case to highlight the specific features of a drawing in virtual reality as part of a complete psychological assessment, comprising a Rorschach test, a TAT (Thematic Apperception Test), a sceno-test, a free drawing and a free drawing in virtual reality. Thanks to this unique case, we have demonstrated the potential for integrating a virtual reality drawing assessment into a complete projective assessment. Immersed in virtual reality, the subject is less conformist, i.e. less confined by societal norms and less inhibited by the normative pressures of the superego. This gives clinicians access to an aspect that may not be as apparent in other assessments. We have explored initial avenues of complementarity with traditional assessments and hope to open up new areas of research to improve patient care. In fact, the specific features of a drawing test in virtual reality constitute serious avenues for therapeutic mediation.
