Summary, etc. This paper examines the psychotherapeutic evolution of bulimic women from the psychoanalytical viewpoint by means of the Rorschach, which was administered before and after therapy. The study focused on 20 bulimia cases in a context of a multifocal care, including psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy. The retest was carried out at least one year after the beginning of treatment. Narcissistic and object disorders can be located in bulimic Rorschach protocols from indices inspired by the literature concerning the evolution of Rorschach with the therapy. The results show that these factors progress in a variable way. The case-by-case analysis of the protocols, depending on the psychic functioning of each subject, appeared to be more fertile. Several types of psychotherapeutic evolution were identified: changes go in the direction of increasing subjectivation, more adaptive strategies, or better self-object differentiations.
