Then it discusses the way in which the political lottery was used here as a tool for overcoming social conflictuality in the context of a deep political crisis, reviewing in particular the meaning given to it by its creators and its links with neomanagerial discourse. Finally, it analyzes the relative failure of the process, its withdrawal by the Parliament and its transformation into an object of partisan struggle. |
