520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. According to the survey Well-being at Work 2015, public sector workers are not immune to the growing demand of recognition at work expressed by all employees. However, the question of the specific expectations of public employees in terms of recognition has, never been yet explored. Our exploratory study, conducted in different local authorities, is suggesting there is a specificity of expectations in terms of recognition, for public servants that are expecting to provide a public service of good quality. Expectations in terms of recognition also appear different depending on the level of public agents in the hierarchy.
