| Summary, etc. | This study aims to identify the factors behind the backward trend observed in digitalisation in Cameroonian companies (Institut National de la Statistique, 2011; 2018) at a time when the world is witnessing a boom in the digitalisation of companies. Using semi-directive interviews with thirteen (13) managers of Cameroonian Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME), this survey reveals that this drop in digitalisation can be explained by several factors that are both internal and external to these companies. |
