Summary, etc. Does the inclusion of management tools in a weakly coupled system help to regulate interpersonal conflicts? The weak coupling system frames the questioning, and an ethnographic approach of two longitudinal case studies in the social and medico-social sector is deployed. The results show two contrasting trajectories: a first case showing that strong coupling does not offer the possibility of managing interpersonal conflicts (REPOSANCE case study). The second study underlines that a weak coupling between the way in which the tool was constructed and the way in which it is used, shows a capacity to effectively deal with interpersonal conflicts (RESTOS DU COEUR care study). By proposing the weak coupling system, we show its role in the virtuous and lasting management of interpersonal conflicts.
