520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC.
Summary, etc. The web 2.0 has contributed to the transformation and emergence of diverse forms of social and political mobilization, both on- and off-line. Based on the study of seven collectives, this article initiates a first step towards a better understanding of the use of digital technology by feminist activists in France. A cross-comparative historical, sociological and semiological approach reveals how this technology has contributed to “making waves”; namely how different generations of feminist collectives seize digital tools to publish, spread and share information, how they weave networks (on various scales), and how they take action in public space to fight inequalities and discrimination. The article thus highlights the entry of feminist mobilization into the era of online communication.
