This longitudinal study is based on the examination of four programs: Heritage, Higher Education and Academic Research, National Police, Development of Business and Employment. After assessing the importance of changes made during the period of seven years, the aim of this study is to analyze the evolution of the performance measurement system introduced by the LOLF. |
